Robert Turbin expected to be active for Cowboys in Week 11
Dallas Cowboys running back Robert Turbin is expected to be active for the Cowboys' Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Signed just two days ago, Turbin reportedly crammed enough information late in the week that he'll be ready if called upon. Although Rod Smith and Trey Williams have been with the organization longer, Turbin is probably the favorite to emerge as Dallas' second back behind Darren McFadden down the stretch.
Turbin hasn't done much to deserve note this year, but in 2014, he produced -0.04 Rushing Net Expected Points (NEP) per carry. Turbin, however, was a more efficient receiver, posting a 0.79 Reception NEP per target.
