Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is starting on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
Parker has missed most of training camp and the first two weeks of the season with the finger injury, but he's finally ready to make his 2018 debut here in Week 3. Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson have been leaders in the receiving corps in his absence, but Parker is sure to demand a lot of targets.
