Vikings' Latavius Murray expected to start with Dalvin Cook ruled out for Week 3
Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray is expected to be the starting running back against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
With Dalvin Cook ruled out on Friday with a hamstring injury, Murray will get all the touches he can handle in a dream matchup against the Bills. Third-string back Mike Boone was added to the injury report on Friday as well, possibly leaving only rookie Roc Thomas available to backup Murray on Sunday.
Our models project Murray as a top-15 back in Week 3 with 87.6 total yards and 0.5 touchdowns for 12.9 FanDuel points. His price tag of just $5,200 makes him our top-value running back option for DFS.
