Jadeveon Clowney (back) commits to playing for Texans Week 3
Houston Texans linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (back) says he "will play" against the New York Giants in Week 3.
"It means a lot to me to be out there with my teammates," Clowney said. He sat out Week 2 but was able to get in a limited practice Wednesday, putting him on track to play in the Week 3 battle of winless squads.
numberFire's models project Clowney for 4.5 tackles, 0.7 sacks, 0.3 pass deflections, and 0.2 fumbles forced versus the Giants. The Texans D/ST is 6th in numberFire's Week 3 fantasy rankings.
