Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (finger) is a full practice participant for Week 3 against the Oakland Raiders.
Parker looks more comfortable catching the ball this week, according to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post. It sounds like Parker may be ready to make his season debut on Sunday in Miami.
Parker is currently the WR53 in numberFire's Week 3 fantasy rankings. Our models expect him to score 7.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,800.
