Melvin Gordon scores once on the ground, twice through the air as Chargers top Bills
Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon notched 9 carries for 28 yards and 1 touchdown, as well as 6 receptions for 38 yards and 2 touchdowns in Sunday's win over the Buffalo Bills.
Gordon wasn't especially efficient in the yardage department, but he more than made up for it by finding the end zone. It's worth noting that he did not dominate the team's backfield looks, as Austin Ekeler also notched 11 carries and 3 receptions.
Gordon is up to 24 carries and 15 receptions over two games this season, and is averaging 3.8 yards per carry and 9.3 yards per receptions.
