Texans rule out Jadeveon Clowney (back, elbow) against Tennessee
Houston Texans linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (back, elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup with the Tennessee Titans.
Clowney was originally listed as questionable, and it was reported this morning that even if he did play, he wouldn't be at full strength. His absence will leave Whitney Mercilus, Brennan Scarlett and Peter Kalambayi filling in to cover his snaps.
After Week 1, the Texans rank only 22nd in numberFire's defensive power rankings.
