Marquise Goodwin's (quad) status uncertain for 49ers Week 2
San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan is "not sure" if wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (quad) will play Week 2 against the Detroit Lions.
Goodwin, who was limited to only 17-of-66 offensive snaps in the 49ers' opener, missed Wednesday's practice. If he's ruled out, Dante Pettis is expected to see an expanded role.
Goodwin is currently the WR41 in numberFire's weekly fantasy rankings. Our models project him for 8.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,800 in Week 2, with 3.2 catches, 52.5 yards, and 0.23 touchdowns on 6.4 targets if he plays against the Lions on Sunday.
