Rex Burkhead (concussion) in pads at Patriots' practice
New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead (concussion) was in pads and participated in individual drills during Wednesday's practice, per NBC Sports Boston's Phil Perry.
This seems to indicate Burkhead has a good chance of suiting up against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2. Sony Michel told reporters he's preparing to make his NFL debut, so the Patriots may utilize all three of Burkhead, Michel, and James White.
If Burkhead plays Week 2, numberFire's models currently project him for 9.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,300. He's the RB24 in our weekly fantasy rankings.
