C.J. Prosise could see an expanded role in passing game for Seattle
Seattle Seahawks running back C.J. Prosise could see an expanded role in the passing game with wide receiver Doug Baldwin likely out the next two weeks, per head coach Peter Carroll.
Prosise failed to get a touch or target in Sunday's loss to the Denver Broncos. The running back was only on the field for 7 snaps -- 12.3% of the total plays. It sounds like with the Seahawks' depleted receiving corp, Prosise could see some time in the slot or as a pass-catching weapon out of the backfield moving forward. He is not expected to see any significant role in the backfield with Rashaad Penny and Chris Carson healthy.
Our models project Prosise for 19.5 total yards and 2.6 FanDuel points while costing $4,600 in Week 2.
