Chris Carson officially listed as No. 1 back on Seahawks' depth chart
Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson is listed as the starting running back on the team's Week 1 depth chart.
No surprise here as the Seahawks' coaching staff has been singing Carson's praises all preseason long. He will see the bulk of the early-down work with C.J. Prosise, while healthy, filling in on passing/third downs. Rookie Rashaad Penny will start the season as Carson's backup while he recovers from a finger injury.
Our models project Carson for 114.9 carries, 415.9 rushing yards, 48.2 catches, 449.6 receiving yards and 6.4 total touchdowns in 2018.
