Bills announce Nathan Peterman as Week 1 starter at quarterback
The Buffalo Bills have announced that Nathan Peterman will be their starting quarterback for Week 1's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.
Peterman played in 4 games (2 starts) as a rookie in 2017. One of those starts saw him throw 5 interceptions on 14 attempts, and on the season he completed fewer than 50% of his passes. He will begin 2018 on the hot seat, with seventh-overall pick Josh Allen threatening to take over the starting job.
numberFire's models project Peterman to notch 195.7 yards, 1.0 touchdowns and 1.1 interceptions on 18.6-of-32.9 passing against Baltimore. He is our 32nd-ranked fantasy quarterback for Week 1.
