Cardinals release wide receiver Brice Butler
The Arizona Cardinals have released wide receiver Brice Butler.
Butler entered camp with a shot at the number two wideout job alongside Larry Fitzgerald. However, the emergence of rookie Chrisitan Kirk and second-year receiver Chad Williams left Butler on the outside looking in. He will likely be picked up by a team needing receiver depth.
Butler collected 15 passes for 317 yards and 3 touchdowns with the Dallas Cowboys in 2017.
