Eric Decker announces retirement from NFL
Eric Decker announced his retirement on Sunday.
What It Means:
Decker wasn't expected to make the final roster with the New England Patriots, and now the 31-year-old is ready to "start a new chapter in my life." He played seven seasons, spending time with the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, and Tennessee Titans.
Decker finishes his career with 439 catches, 5,816 yards, and 53 touchdowns.
