Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Antonio Callaway (groin) will miss Thursday's third preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Browns are taking a conservative approach with their fourth-round selection. Callaway is expected to compete with Rashard Higgins for the number-three receiver job.
