Jets' Teddy Bridgewater has 'significant' price tag
New York Jets quarterback Teddy Bridgewater would need to yield a "significant" return in the event of a trade, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The Jets understandably want a valuable return for a quarterback who appears to be capable of starting, but with demand lacking around the league, they might opt to wait for injuries to strike at the position before actively pursuing a deal. Bridgewater is still only 25.
When Bridgewater last played a full season in 2015, he completed 65.3 percent of his passes for 3,231 passing yards with 14 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. He added 192 rushing yards and 3 scores on the ground.
