Indianapolis Colts rookie wide receiver Deon Cain "has been the big star of training camp," NBC's Peter King said.
King expects Cain to make an immediate impact, which comes only a couple weeks after Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star said the sixth-round pick could push for "serious snaps." There's not any proven talent behind T.Y. Hilton at wide receiver for Andrew Luck to throw to, so Cain could secure a significant role on offense, with a strong preseason.
numberFire's models currently project Cain to catch 15.4 passes (27.8 targets) for 189.0 yards and 1.14 touchdowns in 2018.
