Andrew Luck goes 19-of-22 in pads at Colts' practice

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck went 19-of-22, including 12-of-14 in 11-on-11 situations, in the Colts' first full-padded practice Sunday.

What It Means:

It's only a practice but it was Luck's first session in pads since the end of the 2016 season. Everything regarding Luck's progress continues to be positive and new Colts head coach Frank Reich expects his quarterback to play in the team's preseason opener against the Seattle Seahawks on August 9. That would be Luck's first game action in 19 months following a tumultuous recovery from shoulder surgery.

numberFire's models currently project Luck to throw for 3,933.1 yards with 27.75 touchdowns and 16.0 interceptions, as well as 279.5 rushing yards and 2.31 scores on the ground. He's the QB13 in our preseason fantasy rankings.
