New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham was "getting a lot of work from the slot" on Thursday, per Giants beat reporter Dan Duggar.
Defenses would have problems matchup against Beckham's size and speed in the slot. He only ran 12.4 percent of his routes from the slot last season under former coach Ben McAdoo.
Beckham is neck and neck with DeAndre Hopkins for the WR3 spot in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our early models project him to catch 99.0 passes (166.5 targets) for 1,351.1 yards and 9.16 touchdowns this season.
