Broncos' Shane Ray reportedly avoided additional wrist surgery
Denver Broncos linebacker Shane Ray did not undergo additional surgery on his wrist over the summer, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
What It Means:
Ray was previously advised to undergo "bone fusion" surgery on his wrist, but the doctor tasked with performing the procedure didn't think it was necessary. The 2015 first-rounder could be ready for Week 1 as he enters the final year of his rookie deal.
