Oakland Raiders wide receiver Ryan Switzer has a "real chance" to earn a role in the offense, NBC Bay Area believes.
"Ryan Switzer has really caught my eye," head coach Gruden said this offseason unprompted. "Punt returner, kick returner, he’s come in and been a force as a slot receiver. He’s really done well." Switzer earned just seven targets in the threadbare Cowboys' receiving group in 2017. He'll have to make a special teams impact before getting a real offensive role.
Our models currently project Switzer for 90 receiving yards and 0.6 touchdowns on 7 receptions. That would lead to a fantasy projection outside the top-100 at the position league-wide, and just fifth on his own team.
