Jordan Howard's usage for Bears to be 'game specific' in 2018

New Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy told reporters running back Jordan Howard's usage in 2018 will be "game specific" when asked if Howard was the team's bell-cow back.

What It Means:

Nagy said Howard can handle a full load at running back and could be a workhorse for the Bears but appeared to be hedging his words a bit. Howard has been working on improving his terrible receiving skills and stands to lose touches to second-year back Tarik Cohen, who is Chicago's top pass-catching back. Howard has been the 15th back off the board in PPR leagues so far, according to fantasyfootballcalculator.com

numberFire's models project Howard for 1,262.6 rushing yards, 238.1 receiving yards, and 8.1 total touchdowns on 318.4 touches in 2018.
