Pittsburgh Steelers draft WR James Washington with 60th overall pick
The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Oklahoma State Cowboys wide receiver James Washington with the 60th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.
After trading away Martavis Bryant, the Steelers had an opening in the receiving corp, which they filled with the 2017 Biletnikoff award winner (college's top wideout). Washington dominated the Big 12, ending up with the second-most receiving yards in the conference of all-time, but fell in the draft due to poor combine numbers. He will have a good shot at becoming Pittsburgh's WR3 for 2018 and beyond.
Washington finished the 2017 season with the most receiving yards in college with 1,549 yards on 74 catches. He added 14 touchdowns (13 receiving, 1 rushing).
