Kiko Alonso, Mychal Kendricks to practice with Eagles Wednesday
Philadelphia Eagles linebackers Kiko Alonso and Mychal Kendricks will both work at practice on Wednesday, according to Reuben Frank of CSN Philly.
Frank notes that both players are unlikely to play in Week 7. Alonso hasn't played since Week 2, while Kendricks has been out since Week 4 after also missing Week 3.
The Eagles' defense has been more than fine without these two, though their return could make things even prettier. They are third in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points (NEP) per play, third against the pass, and seventh against the rush. With the offense ranking 30th in Adjusted NEP per play, the defense appears to be what has gotten the team to 3-3 on the year.
