Bills' Tyrod Taylor expected to miss Week 6, maybe more
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor could miss "multiple games" with a sprained MCL, and the Bills are preparing for E.J. Manuel to start against the Cincinnati Bengals, CBS' Jason La Canfora reports.
Taylor reportedly suffered the injury during a horse collar tackle. Manuel hasn't started since being benched last season.
Considering how good Taylor has been, this would be a tough loss. He is currently 12th in Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play among the 36 quarterbacks with at least 50 drop backs. He also leads that same group in Rushing NEP and is second among all players. Manuel finished last year ranked 35th in Passing NEP per play among the 48 quarterbacks with at least 75 drop backs.
