Free agent running back Danny Woodhead has announced his retirement after 10 NFL seasons.
Woodhead was released by the Baltimore Ravens a week ago and, though he's gotten some interest from teams, he's decided to hang up his cleats. The 33-year-old went undrafted upon entering the league yet made himself into one of the NFL's best pass-catching backs.
In an injury-riddled 2017 season, Woodhead played in 8 games, producing 256 total yards but with zero touchdowns on 47 total touches. He ends his career with 4,936 yards from scrimmage.
