The New Orleans Saints and defensive end Alex Okafor have agreed to terms, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport has the deal at two years and worth a maximum of $10 million. Okafor had visited Tampa Bay, but he ultimately decided to stay on with the Saints. The 27-year-old edge rusher is coming off an Achilles injury and isn't expected back until training camp.
In 10 games, Okafor accounted for 27 tackles, 5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles a year ago. He rated as Pro Football Focus' 22nd-ranked edge rusher.
