ESPN's Adam Schefter reports wide receiver Jordy Nelson is expected to sign with the Oakland Raiders.
Nelson, 32, was released by the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday. He started his visit with Oakland on Wednesday and has remained there. Schefter cites a source that says, "This is going to get done." If both sides follow through, the Raiders are expected to release wideout Michael Crabtree shortly thereafter.
After three straight 95-catch, 1,000-yard seasons, Nelson caught 53 balls for just 482 yards in 2017.
