The Seattle Seahawks elected not to place a tender on running back Thomas Rawls, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Rawls played in 12 games last season, being listed as a healthy scratch on gameday more than once. The Seahawks' backfield as a whole was massively underwhelming, but having turned in a promising rookie season in 2015, there will likely be multiple teams willing to kick the tires on Rawls.
Rawls only managed to turn 58 carries into 157 yards with 0 touchdowns last year, netting a career-low 2.7 yards per attempt. Over three NFL seasons he has 314 carries for 1336 yards (4.3 per attempt) with 7 touchdowns on the ground.
