Ravens releasing wideout Jeremy Maclin
The Baltimore Ravens are releasing wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
What It Means:
Maclin was due $5 million, including a $1 million roster bonus for the 2018 season. The move saves Baltimore that much in cap space. This isn't all that shocking after the Ravens went out and signed both John Brown and Ryan Grant in free agency. We could expect more Chris Moore this coming season as well.
Maclin turned in 40 catches, 440 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2017. He's played just 12 games in each of his past 2 seasons.
