Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is expected to be "on the field throwing with his teammates during 7-on-7 drills," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Watson's recovery from ACL surgery appears to be going very well. In fact, his rehab has been "accelerated" after suffering a clean tear of his ACL. He's shaping up to be a full-go as he heads into training camp for his second NFL season.
This past season, Watson played in 7 games and started 6. In that limited time, he threw for 1,699 yards and 19 touchdowns while running for an additional 269 yards and 2 scores.
