Detroit Lions defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a leg injury suffered on Monday night.
Walker sustained a dislocated ankle and broken leg on Monday Night Football. He will be out for the remainder of the season after being placed on season-ending injured reserve. Defensive tackle Gabe Wright will take his spot in the starting lineup.
Walker was expected to do some damage in Ndamukong Suh's old spot, but he will finish his 2015 campaign with just nine total tackles and no sacks.
