Adam Thielen (back) to play for Vikings in NFC Championship Game
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen (questionable, back) will play in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Despite missing time at practice this week, Thielen's status was never in doubt for Sunday's showdown in Philadelphia, although NFL Network's Ian Rapoport revealed that he'll be playing through "plenty of pain," so it's fair to question the wideout's potential effectiveness. With Thielen at less than 100 percent, it could lead to more targets for Stefon Diggs, Kyle Rudolph, and perhaps Jerick McKinnon.
numberFire's models project Thielen to score 12.2 FanDuel points in the NFC Championship Game, with 5.6 catches (9.1 targets) for 67.7 yards and 0.46 touchdowns.
