Falcons' Devonta Freeman (knee) won't require surgery
Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman (MCL, PCL) does not require surgery.
Freeman played through MCL and PCL sprains at the end of the season, and it likely contributed to why he rushed for 2.6 yards per carry over the Falcons' final four games (including the postseason). Freeman turns 26 in March.
Freeman averaged 13.0 FanDuel points in 14 games this season, with 196 rushes for 865 yards and 7 touchdowns, in addition to 36 receptions (47 targets) for 317 yards and 1 touchdown.
