Texans sticking with Ryan Mallett at quarterback
Houston Texans quarterback Ryan Mallett will remain the team's starter for the Week 5 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Brian Hoyer came in on relief of Mallet in Week 4's blowout loss to the Atlanta Falcons, but it's Mallet who gets the nod for Thursday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Mallett hasn't played well, but Brian Hoyer isn't a much better option. They both came into Week 4 in the bottom eight in Passing Net Expected Points per play. Getting Arian Foster rolling would help the entire offense.
