What It Means:
If the Patriots beat the Tennessee Titans in the Divisional Round, then it's possible that Mitchell is active in the AFC Championship Game, but he's unlikely to play in Saturday's matchup. Mitchell hasn't played all season.
Mitchell caught 32 passes for 401 yards and 4 touchdowns on 48 targets in 2016 with the Patriots.
