Official: Colts are starting Matt Hasselbeck
The Indianapolis Colts have announced that they will start Matt Hasselbeck Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
This is confirmation of what we already know, but it's worth reminding you that all Indianapolis pass-catchers will be diminished as a result of this. Running back Frank Gore will likely see the offense go through him, as relying on Hasselbeck to move this team down the field is a laughable idea.
We project Gore as the 12th-best running back option in Week 4. Our algorithm projects him for 15 carries for 61 yards and a good chance to score, as well as two catches for 13 yards through the air.
