Panthers' Cam Newton brings rushing upside to New Orleans in Wild Card Round
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton takes on the New Orleans Saints on the road this weekend.
Newton led all quarterbacks with 754 rushing yards, and his legs provide him with a high ceiling regardless of the matchup. He did however throw 16 interceptions, his most since he threw 17 in his rookie season.
Against New Orleans, numberFire projects Newton to throw for 202.1 yards, 1.14 touchdowns, and 0.9 interceptions, while adding 46.4 yards and 0.4 touchdowns on the ground. That would get him to 18.5 FanDuel points.
