Jim Caldwell does not plan to rest Detroit's starters for meaningless Week 17 game
Detroit Lions head coach Jim Caldwell said he has given no consideration to resting his starters for Week 17 against the Packers.
Detroit was eliminated from playoff contention by virtue of their Week 16 loss against the Bengals. Even though their season finale against Green Bay has no meaning, Caldwell looks ready to hand the ball to Matt Stafford to close the show on 2017.
Our models project Stafford for 21.5 FanDuel points with 305.8 yards, 2.3 touchdowns and 0.7 interceptions. His salary has been set at $8,600 for the curtain-closer.
