Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (ankle) is officially active for Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Parker took Wednesday and Thursday off, but he was back at practice on Friday, so this is somewhat expected. Look for Parker to start, but there is a chance he is playing at less than 100 percent.
