Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis is planning to leave the team after the season, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Lewis is on pace for back-to-back losing seasons and the Bengals likely weren't going to bring him back, so this is more of a mutual parting. Hired in 2003, Lewis led Cincinnati to four division titles in the AFC South but failed to ever win a playoff game, going a combined 0-7 during his tenure.
Lewis is 123-111 (.525) across 15 seasons as a head coach.
