Ameer Abdullah (neck) expected to return Week 15 for Detroit
Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell said he expects running back Ameer Abdullah to return in Week 15, reports Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press.
Caldwell said, "I do, as long as things keep trending in the right direction." Abdullah has been sidelined for two weeks while dealing with a neck issue. So long as he avoids a setback, he should lead the Lions' rushing committee with Theo Riddick, Zach Zenner and Tion Green falling down a peg against the Chicago Bears.
At $5,400, Abdullah is projected for 4.3 FanDuel points on 5.9 carries, 1.2 catches and 26.4 yards this week.
