Doug Martin (concussion) starting for Buccaneers versus Lions
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin (concussion) will start against the Detroit Lions in Week 14, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
This has been the expectation since at least Friday as Martin returns from his one-game absence. He's averaging an NFL-low 3.2 yards per carry (YPC) this season, including just 2.7 YPC over his last six games. Peyton Barber will handle backup duties but he may have earned a few more touches after last week's performance (27 touches, 143 yards).
Martin is averaging 7.6 FanDuel points in eight games this season. numberFire's models project him for 40.2 rush yards and 0.41 touchdowns, with 2.5 catches for 20.3 yards versus the Lions on Sunday. He comes with a $6,100 price tag on FanDuel.
