Bengals' George Iloka suspended one game for violating player-safety rules
Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Cincinnati Bengals free safety George Iloka has been suspended one game for his hit on Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown.
During Monday's 23-20 loss to the Steelers, Iloka delievered a blow to Brown's head as the wideout hauled in a game-tying touchdown in the fourth quarter. Iloka was flagged for the play and will be suspended, pending an appeal. If he's unable to play, Josh Shaw would likely step in at free safety.
So far in 2017, Iloka has tallied 44 tackles, 4 passes defensed and 1 interception through 12 starts. His Bengals' defense is projected for 8.8 FanDuel points in their home matchup with the Chicago Bears in Week 14.
