Jay Cutler out of concussion protocol, to start Week 13 for Miami
Miami Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler has been cleared of the league's concussion protocol and will be the team's Week 13 starter, per ESPN's James Walker.
Cutler missed most of Week 11 and all of Week 12 after suffering a concussion back on November 19th. Matt Moore started in his stead and threw for 215 yards, a touchdown and two picks against the New England Patriots. On his one-year deal, the 34-year-old Cutler will return to take on the Denver Broncos at home this Sunday.
At $6,400, Cutler's projected for 209.9 yards, 1.07 touchdowns and 1.11 interceptions this week against the Broncos. His projected 11.4 FanDuel points land him outside the top-20 at his position.
