Panthers' Devin Funchess (toe) not practicing on Wednesday
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Devin Funchess is not participating in practice on Wednesday, reports Joe Person of The Charlotte Observer.
Funchess injured his toe in last week's win and said that he'll play through it. But saying and doing are two different things, so we'll have to wait for Funchess to pick up his practice participation before saying that he'll play in Week 13. In the event that he doesn't Kaelin Clay and Russell Shepard would be asked to play a lot of snaps for Carolina.
For this week's matchup with the New Orleans Saints, we project Funchess for 4.7 catches, 65.8 yards and 0.54 touchdowns on 9.0 targets. He costs $7,500 at the wideout position.
