C.J. Beathard (leg) believes he avoided ligament damage in 49ers' loss
San Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard completed 22-of-38 passes for 201 yards and an interception in his team's Week 12 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, adding six rushes for 21 yards.
Beathard left the game late in the fourth quarter with a leg injury. He feels as if he avoided a serious injury, but more tests will be done. Jimmy Garoppolo threw a touchdown pass in relief. Even if Beathard is healthy enough to play this week he shouldn't be considered a lock to start. The 49ers get the Chicago Bears in Week 13.
Beathard finished Week 12 with 9.14 FanDuel points.
