Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton completed 11-of-28 passes for 168 yards, with another 28 yards and 1 touchdown on 9 carries in Sunday's 35-27 win over the Jets.

Newton really struggled passing, but salvaged a bad game with a goal line rushing touchdown in the second quarter. It was also his third-straight game without throwing an interception.
