Trevor Siemian likely to be inactive for Broncos in Week 11
Denver Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian will be inactive for Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Nicki Jhabvala of the Denver Post reports.
Paxton Lynch has ascended to the backup spot on the roster now, with Brock Osweiler the clear Week 11 starter. Lynch has missed most of the year with a sprained shoulder but was cleared to return after putting in a full week of practice. Osweiler has struggled, though, so – with Siemian demoted to third-string status – there's a good chance Lynch will start a few games before the year is over.
Our models project Osweiler to toss 36.2 passes this week for 221.5 yards, 0.8 touchdowns, and 1.1 interceptions. That would be the worst starting quarterback projection in fantasy this week – just 11.3 FanDuel points – at a salary of $6,200.
