Rex Burkhead leads Patriots backfield in snaps in Week 10 victory
New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead rushed 10 times for 36 yards and caught three passes for 27 yards and a touchdown as his team blew out to the Denver Broncos 41-16 in Week 10.
Burkhead played on 52% of the snaps on Sunday night, which was a season high for him. His playing time and touches have continued to rise since returning from a rib injury a month ago. Burkhead even made a huge play on special teams and blocked a punt. New England takes on the Oakland Raiders in Week 11.
